A "Repeat Buyer" Program for Owners

If you live in a Tim Schaeffer home that you purchased direct from Tim Schaeffer Communities and are ready to move into another Tim Schaeffer Community or home, we have a "repeat buyer" program for you.

All Tim Schaeffer home buyers who have previously owned one or more of our homes will receive $5,000 toward options for their new home.

Tim Schaeffer-built homes that were re-sales do not apply. Ask the sales associate in your community of choice for more information.
